Ooooweee did I learn a lot about myself in the last 8+ years...it wasn't pretty or simple or easy. It was rather messy and I felt foolish in so many ways...so I made this work.
It is not meant for singles on the radio, though they would be great at that, it is meant to be heard from beginning to end. *The first 4 songs contain strong language and themes.
It begins with the anger stage of divorce grief and moves through the arc of a middle aged woman finding her voice in humor and resilience on the way to the truth of it all - you must give yourself the grace to accept that you deserve love so effortless with someone who has sugar in their veins.
I imagine this as a stage show performed with a pit band and actors performing vignettes - this is just the beginning.
